This year, more than 61,000 women will be diagnosed

with uterine/endometrial cancer and nearly 12,000 women will die from this disease. These are not just “women”. They are our wives, mothers, sisters, daughters and friends. They are dying because screening for endometrial cancer is not presently standard protocol, so it can reach an advanced stage before signs and symptoms are diagnosed.

The initial phase of our research has proved fruitful, and to continue with the next phase, we have a goal of raising at least $200,000 over the next 2 years to fund research at nationally acclaimed Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia in order to develop effective screening methods for earlier detection and innovative treatments that will effectively treat this devastating disease.

Please join us in fighting endometrial cancer and in creating new hope for women, now and in the future.

Honor the Warriors

So that we may honor the women who are presently fighting endometrial/uterine cancer as well as those who have sadly lost their battle, we invite you to send us stories and photos of loved ones diagnosed with this disease. Their stories and photos will be on display during the Peggy’s Pathway Fundraiser to put a face on this devastating cancer and help raise awareness of how this disease has impacted women in our area.

We want Your Pictures

If you would like to share your stories and photo images, please send them to PeggysPathway@gmail.com. Thank you for your kind and generous support.
